Coup de Jus Space Monkey 2021 0426JACKSON You've been warnedSpace Monkey is a Pinot Blanc and Auxerrois white from Coup de Jus, the ngoce label run by Graud and Pauline Fromont of Domaine des Marnes Blanches in the Jura. The fruit comes from old vines on limestone in Alsace, whole cluster pressed and bottled with little to no added sulfur. The result is a textural, easygoing natural white with real grip. It drinks beautifully young and slightly chilled. A fun, gulpable bottle with substance behind the smiley
